Job Description

Join our industry-leading manufacturing team as a Wire Harness Assembler! For the past four decades, this Aerospace company has excelled in manufacturing and rebuilding a fleet of best-of-class STOL aircraft. We are dedicated to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, using lean optimized mass-customization production lines to deliver outstanding value. As a Wire Harness Assembler, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing harnesses for installation on production aircraft. This full-time position reports directly to the department Manufacturing Lead.

Hard Skills

  • Wire measuring and cutting

  • Soldering

  • Use of calibrated crimping devices

  • Heat gun operation

  • Testing wiring continuity

  • Computer proficiency for logging into production and timekeeping software

Soft Skills

  • Mechanical inclination

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to follow complex diagrams

  • Commitment to safety

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Months.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Yakima, Washington.

Work Environment

Collaborative environment in an Aerospace mechanical shop
