What You'll Do:

  • Manage the full recruiting cycle, including identification, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for potential hire
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities for assigned units and attend job fairs, conferences, and events to attract talent
  • Partner with leadership to develop sourcing strategies and maintain knowledge of business units
  • Maintain applicant data, conduct verifications, administer assessments, and develop job offers with pay equity in mind
  • Support diversity hiring goals, build community relationships, and coordinate outreach efforts
  • Collaborate with recruiting leadership to enhance brand awareness and social media presence
  • Perform additional assigned duties

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration or related field
  • Associate's Degree and two additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree; High School Diploma or GED and four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
  • Two years of recruitment experience, including pre-screening candidates, participating in interviews, and providing guidance to hiring managers, preferably in the healthcare
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
