What You'll Do:
- Manage the full recruiting cycle, including identification, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for potential hire
- Plan and execute recruitment activities for assigned units and attend job fairs, conferences, and events to attract talent
- Partner with leadership to develop sourcing strategies and maintain knowledge of business units
- Maintain applicant data, conduct verifications, administer assessments, and develop job offers with pay equity in mind
- Support diversity hiring goals, build community relationships, and coordinate outreach efforts
- Collaborate with recruiting leadership to enhance brand awareness and social media presence
- Perform additional assigned duties
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration or related field
- Associate's Degree and two additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree; High School Diploma or GED and four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
- Two years of recruitment experience, including pre-screening candidates, participating in interviews, and providing guidance to hiring managers, preferably in the healthcare
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
