• [Administrative duties: Providing excellent customer service, answering phones, and monitoring for instrumentation alarms.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt;="" color:="" rgba(0,="" 0,="" 1)"=""}
• [Technical Responsibilities: Accurately collect blood and other biological specimens from patients following standard protocols, ensure proper labeling and documentation, prepare specimens for transport to the lab, and conduct preliminary screening tests to support timely and accurate laboratory analysis.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt;="" color:="" rgba(0,="" 0,="" 1)"=""}
