We currently have an opportunity for a senior level manager to oversee all operations in our Central Washington Region based in Yakima. We are looking for a candidate who can work in a team environment and lead as a mentor.
Job Description:
This salaried position will include overall responsibility for the sales, operations, and administration of our CWA Washington Region. This position will work closely with company executives outside of the area to ensure all agents and officers are professional, perform with the highest standards of integrity and clients needs are exceeded.
Responsibilities:
Manage and direct initiatives and functions according to Company Policies and Procedures
Manage confidential information and documentation as required Company, State, and Federal Law
Be involved in and represent PPC to the community
Ensure all recruiting and training needs have been met.
Maintain relationships with existing clients as well as establish new clients
Ensure all scheduling needs have been met including last minutes requests by clients
Requirements:
Supervised at a minimum of 25 people at a time
Direct sales experience a plus
AA degree or greater (may be offset by experience)
Must have defensive tactics and firearm certified or be able to obtain certifications
Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality
Must be self motivated and able to motivate others
Must be meet the physical requirements of the position
Previous military, law enforcement, or security industry positions within the past 10 years a plus
