We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to oversee all operations in our Central Washington Region, based in Yakima. We are seeking a leader who thrives in a team environment and can mentor others while driving operational success.

Position Overview: This hourly position, starting at $26/hr+ DOE, includes responsibility for the sales, operations, and administration of the Central Washington Region. The selected candidate will work closely with company executives and Region Manager to ensure that all agents and officers maintain the highest standards of professionalism and integrity while consistently exceeding client expectations.

Job Skills / Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage operations according to Company Policies and Procedures.

  • Handle confidential information in accordance with Company, State, and Federal regulations.

  • Actively represent the company in the local community.

  • Oversee recruiting, training, and staff development.

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and establish new client partnerships.

  • Ensure scheduling requirements are met, including handling last-minute client requests.

Requirements:

  • Experience supervising a minimum of 25 employees.

  • Sales experience is a plus.

  • An AA degree or higher (relevant experience may substitute for degree requirements).

  • Certification or the ability to obtain certification in Defensive Tactics and Firearms.

  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Self-motivated with the capacity to inspire and motivate others.

  • Must meet the physical requirements of the role.

  • Prior experience in the military, law enforcement, or security industry within the past 10 years is preferred.
