Virginia Mason Memorial Office Manager (Clinic) in Yakima, Washington

This position is for the VMM Cardiology Clinic, slated to open in the coming months. This clinic is in formation/development, opening date to be determined.

The Office Manager is responsible for oversight of the day-to-day clinic operations, staff supervision and ongoing evaluations, fiscal management, and participates in long range planning. The Manager also acts as a liaison between Virginia Mason Memorial (VMM) and the community.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred. Four years of successful experience in Practice Management preferred.

Experience: Minimum of three years of progressive management experience preferred.

Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance required.
