Lee Peterson Motors Office Assistant in Yakima, Washington
We have an opening for an Office Assistant. Primary duties will be Front Desk Reception, and Document Management. Occasionally the need will arise to drive our shuttle vehicle and make deliveries for our Part Department. We are looking for an energetic person who can multi-task with a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Dress Code: Business Causal
Pay: $17 per hour to start
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct customers within the dealership
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone
- Scan and organize documents into Document Management system
- Backup Cashier for Parts & Service Customers
- Filing
- Occasionally shuttle customers to and from dealership
- Occasional delivery of parts for Parts Department
Oil change scheduling could be added
Bi-lingual a plus. Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance available after 60 days. 401(k) with match available after a year.
