C & H Hardware Office Assistant in Yakima, Washington
Jog Description: The office assistant will be responsible for multiple office tasks, including managing a Quickbooks database of over 700 customers, managing customer billing statements, inputting payment entries, organizing paper files, keeping detailed records, and covering on the front register as needed. Skills/Qualifications:
- Must be knowledgeable in Quickbooks
- Strong computer skills, especially with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Experience working in an office environment
- Organized
- High attention-to-detail
- Professional and courteous
- Excellent customer service
