Under the direction of the Director, coordinates/directs the provision of patient care by the staff on a 24-hour basis.
+ + Coordinate the provision of patient care and assignment of care.
Ensure the Director is aware of activities on an ongoing basis.
Assist the Director by communicating and addressing staff performance behaviors and completing staff evaluations.
Act as a resource for nursing staff, physicians, patients, and families.
Participate in Quality Assurance Monitoring and Quality Improvement efforts.
Perform other related work as required.

- Current Washington RN license.
Must maintain BCLS, certification.
Membership in professional/specialty organization preferred.
- At least one-year experience as an RN in the same or similar specialty areas; 2 or more years preferred.
Supervisory experience preferred.
