Summary: The Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Broker Manager is responsible for the oversight, management, and evaluation of People For People's NEMT program. Assures compliance with the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) and transportation contracts and local, state, and federal rules and regulations. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to budget development, monitoring, and oversight; implementation of People For People's strategic plan elements; represents People For People in the development of partnerships with community, contractors, and providers; promotes and supports positive employee morale; identifies and provides strategic outreach and education regarding NEMT. * Requirements:*

• B.A. in Business/Public Administration, Social Services, or similar experience in a related field or a combination of education and/or significant work in a social service experience.
• Evening or weekend work may be required depending on department meetings/trainings/event schedules.
• May be required to travel to attend meetings/seminars in other locations throughout
• Washington State.
• Employment is further contingent upon successfully completing and passing a Washington State Patrol Background Check and/or National Background Check, Reference Checks, and other required documents.

Starting Wage: $27.87- $36.37/Hour plus a comprehensive benefits packet.
