Community Health of Central Washington Medical Assistant Certified - COVID Vaccine Clinic (Temporary) in Yakima, Washington

Our COVID Vaccine Clinic Team in Yakima is in search of a temporary Medical Assistant-Certified to join our efforts to vaccinate the Yakima Valley. The position is expected to have a duration of approximately four (4) months, but may last longer, possibly up to six (6) months. Incumbent may be required to work extended hours and/or varying shifts, including Saturdays, as needed; hours worked each week will be based on community and business need, potentially reaching forty (40) hours per week. This position will be fully benefited. Job duties include: *Administering injections *Updating Electronic Health Records *Scheduling Patients *Answering Phones *Assisting nursing and provider staff Qualifications: *Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant course required *WA MA-C license required *HS Diploma or GED required *Bilingual English/Spanish required *Energetic, detail oriented, and reliable *Excellent clinical and communication skills *CPR/First Aid certification To apply, please submit an employment application and resume via our website.
