Maintenance Worker needed in the Yakima Valley for local rental company. Duties & Responsibilities include: Preventive maintenance, regular maintenance task Maintain grounds, parking lot, sprinkler systems Painting experience, wall patching experience Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools Ability to measure, read and utilize technical manuals and drawings Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Dependable, must pass a back ground check, be self motivated, have a clean driving record
