Yakima Housing Authority Maintenance Repairer in Yakima, Washington
Performs maintenance on building interiors and exteriors in addition to grounds, facilities, and equipment and ensures they are in a safe condition. Responsible for a variety of general maintenance work in several related skill fields such as plumbing, electrical, welding, carpentry, painting, and machinist work. Positions inspect, repair, install and maintain physical facilities as well as prepare them for occupancy. Ability to perform heavy, outside work in inclement weather; lift heavy loads; operate various types of motor-operated equipment and hand tools; ability to meet and deal with public in a pleasant and courteous manner. Valid driver's license with no more than three moving violations within the last three years.
