What We Offer

  • $43.37-$56.73/hour DOE

What You'll Do:

  • Conducts patient X-ray procedures and stores X-rays
  • Completes periodontal charting, prepares tools for Provider exams
  • Performs preventative periodontal care and assists with restorations
  • Administers local anesthesia and nitrous oxide
  • Provides oral hygiene education and formulates treatment plans
  • Supports infection control program and provides input for clinic efficiency improvements
  • May participate in the development, implementation, and coordination of dental education programs provided inside and outside the organization

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from a Dental Hygiene school
  • Active WA State Dental Hygiene license
  • CPR certification within 90 days of hire
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred at level 10 for bilingual differential pay
  • Knowledge of standard dental practices and current hygiene concepts
  • Skilled in dental anesthesia and restorative procedures
  • Ability to interact professionally with patients and colleagues of all ages
  • Effective time management and resource utilization to efficiently complete work within set deadlines
  • High level of dexterity and coordination
  • Basic proficiency with Electronic Dental Records, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
