Job Purpose: Manage the parts and service department. Ordering parts for technicians and Maintains communication service by identifying and resolving problems. Schedules vehicles for services as needed. Create invoices for services performed. Duties: * Order parts as needed. * Schedules service repairs. * Keeps customers informed by explaining maintenance and repairs underway. As well as tracking all third-party outsourcing. * Manages and creates Invoices. * Upgrades service by maintaining terminals and pedestals; repairing or replacing enclosures; reworking splices; checking bonds and grounds. * Maintains safe and secure work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. * Sourcing for best quality parts in all available vendors.
