Responsibilities
The Systems Analyst will solve computer problems, test cost-effective solutions, and provide support to ensure efficient daily operation of the organization's network and computer systems.
- Responsible for SharePointTeams online environment including web applications, site collections, sites, lists, libraries, and user permissions.
- Configuring SharePointTeams security.
- Monitoring SharePointTeams performance and usage statistics.
- Planning and executing SharePointTeams upgrades and patching schedule.
- Coordinates with managers and users to identify systems problems; assesses severity of the issues and prioritizes responses as appropriate.
- Manage Microsoft Windows servers and technology tools.
- Experience with SolarWinds tools.
- Windows Server patch management with Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years proven experience as a System Analyst or Systems Administrator.
- Some evening and weekend work will be required.
- Proven experience as a System Analyst or Systems Administrator.
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) patch management and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive knowledge of computer systems and programming.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications such as MCDST, MCSA,VCP or equivalent are a plus.
- Prior experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
