What You'll Do:

  • Create and maintain purchasing systems user profiles at the direction of PMM leadership
  • Add new items and maintain existing items in the internal catalog and external vendor formularies
  • Prepare various management reports as directed by PMM leadership
  • Assist with updating and maintaining Epicor equipment inventory
  • Create and assign Maintenance Jobs in Epicor
  • Process vendor recall notices
  • Process return shipments of supplies to vendors
  • Clean warehouse and receiving workstation
  • Accept package shipments, verify contents and documents, and assist with resolving discrepancies
  • Enter receipts in the purchasing system
  • Prepare supplies and equipment for delivery to sites
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • Associate's Degree or technical certificate for Administrative Assistant/Specialist is preferred
  • Two years experience in administration, bookkeeping, or materials management is required
  • Forklift Operator license or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
  • Basic proficiency in mathematical calculation and problem-solving
  • Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Basic proficiency with purchasing software is preferred
