"If you are a current associate of Primo Water, please apply via myADP" Salary Range: $90k to $95k Senior Facility Quality Manager This position is responsible for regional planning and implementation of Primo Water North America's National Quality Program for product, package and coolers ensuring total customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to front line quality & production management. Implement manufacturing process standards for all production facilities. Supervise, develop and mentor facility quality leaders, QC Lab Techs & QC Techs Lead implementation of Quality, Food Safety and Process control requirements Lead food safety team Measure compliance and performance through execution of PWNA Quality Audit Program. Assist with annual planning of quality scoreboard KPIs. Identify and investigate consumer complaints trends and investigate individual complaints, implementing corrective actions as appropriate Communicate quality trends to all stakeholders with a focus to continuous improvement. Coordinate and ensure compliance with required government licenses and permits in supported area Ensure plant and facility operations are in compliance with all environmental regulations. Work with auditing government agencies on non-compliance issues. Develop and facility quality and food safety training. Lead Quality Incident investigations and corrective actions Ensure the proper blending of juice-based products Ensure timely CIP of processing equipment and sanitation of facility. Maintain proper documentation of product quality, food safety and sanitation Interface with Customer Quality Resources Manage facility allergen program. Lead supported plants in Quality Incident investigations and corrective actions Requirements A Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science or Life Science is required. Food, beverage, or related industry experience; experience in a plant quality management role; some multi--plant quality management experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills -- written, verbal, and presentation skills required. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
