We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Cost Analyst in the industry, based in Woodland, Washington, United States. The chosen candidate will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including managing contract data and analysis, assisting with cost accounting data, and preparing analytical reports.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough pricing analysis upon customer requests.

• Take charge of maintaining and managing contract data and analysis.

• Aid in handling cost accounting data.

• Oversee the data entry and processing related to customer rebate programs as required.

• Generate analytical reports for operations.

• Support in the creation of annual budgets and evaluation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Participate actively in year-end inventory count, closure, and reconciliation.

• Review and enhance corporate policies and procedures as necessary to ensure all cost accounting functions are supported by current written procedures.

• Provide assistance to other accounting functions as required.

Compensation: $65K-$85K

Requirements • Job title: Cost Analyst

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or in the field of financial analysis

Skills:

• Proficiency in budget processes

• Strong understanding of cost analysis

• Ability to perform ad hoc financial analysis

• Proficient in financial analysis

• Experience with contract pricing

• Familiarity with customer pricing

• Expertise in pricing analysis

• Understanding of pricing models
