PCI is seeking a Trade Coordinator for its Seattle operations based in Woodinville, WA. This position is responsible for the oversight of the branch's field installation practices with a focus on their established area of expertise. They are responsible for staffing our projects with a field force of ample numbers and competence for their area of focus. The objective is to train and motivate safe and efficient installations based on our best-known practices. They will serve to bring intentionality and enhance our approach from job set through close out, with the mission of making us more competitive and effective in their given market. This individual will be responsible for the following duties: Participate in branch strategy discussions with branch leadership Establish goals, measurables and accountabilities Participate in PCI's safety program with an emphasis on the crews they manage Attend all meetings and trainings of the Construction Department Work in partnership with the branch Superintendent(s) to supply our projects with ample and qualified craft workers Establish a training program that is specific to the individuals (by name, classification, certifications, or tenure) and an approach plan for the different facets. Some training plans may need to be phased to keep the total in stride. Work with current Field Leads for enhancement and identify future Leads from the field crew Work to a healthy Apprentice to Journeyman crew mix by building competencies into our Apprentices earlier Establish a mentorship program that will drive early adoption of best practices and philosophies, and reinforce that PCI is invested in their development Review Labor Control weekly with crew leads As a Union Hourly position, all time applied to their efforts must be reported accurately Keep a current OSHA 30 certification, and all other certifications required of the crew they manage Participate in the evaluations for the Foreman Supplemental Bonus Program A focus on quality assurance to ensure all installations meet plans and specs and are of high quality Salary Range: $83,220-111,000 Minimum Requirements (Essential Function/Behavioral Based): 3 Years of experience Security clearances, required certifications, safety training, licensing (if valid) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word A clear understanding of how to read and understand specifications and drawings Oral and written communication skills Ability to work in team environment Ability to learn new job skills by engaging in the technical aspects of the job and applying new skills as they are taught Customer service skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask General knowledge of trade tools, equipment and materials used in the construction industry Preferred Requirements Local to the Seattle Metro Area Benefits At Performance Contracting, our employees are our greatest asset.
