Job Description

Define technical solutions aligned with business needs and best practices

Capture business, functional, and technical requirements

Conduct hands-on development for complex tasks and ensure quality delivery

Spearhead demos, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities

Collaborate with the team to scope solutions and resolve technical issues

Provide guidance to developers and platform engineers

Contribute to the improvement of delivery services processes

Assist in scoping service engagements and researching integration solutions

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

8+ years working with ServiceNow architecture implementation

7+ years in Information Technology

2+ years of Datacenter hardware experience

2+ years of API development

Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and systems integration null
