Job Description:
As the Senior Marketing Manager at SaltWorks, you will be responsible for leading and managing our marketing team to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and analyzing market trends to ensure SaltWorks remains at the forefront of the industry. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong marketing background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth
Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to maximize their potential and drive performance
Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize marketing opportunities
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes
Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing regular updates to senior management
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a marketing team, driving performance and achieving targets
Proficient in digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
Experience with market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and decision-making
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability
Proficient in using marketing automation software and CRM systems
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
ONSITE POSITION
Pay and Benefits:
We are pleased to share that the base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $170,000. If you are hired at SaltWorks, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include fluctuations in job market, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role, and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future salary growth.
