Job Description PCI is seeking a Receptionist for its Seattle 552 operations based in Woodinville, WA. This individual will be responsible for the following duties: Respond to incoming calls with excellent customer service. Assist and provide support to Branch Manager, Project Managers and Estimators as needed. Distribute office mail and organize and ship outgoing USPS/FedEx/UPS materials. Responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory. Responsible for lunch orders - branch event coordination. Assistance with Accounts Payable. Projects and office duties as assigned. Document Management. Hourly Rate: $20 - $25/hr Requirements Basic Requirements: 1-5 years of office administrative experience. Ability to be a self-starter and prioritize. Ability to work in team environment. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills. Strong organization skills and attention to detail. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Preferred Requirements: Experience working in the construction industry is preferred. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
