BIO RAD LABORATORIES - 390 Quality Control Specialist II in Woodinville, Washington

The Global Supply Chain team is responsible for promptly and accurately getting Bio-Rad products into the hands of our customers. We maintain product integrity from end to end and respond expeditiously from the moment an order is received. As a result, customers around the globe receive the test kits, instruments, and consumable solutions they need - on time and in full to ultimately provide better healthcare and outcomes for their patients. We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist II in Woodinville, WA to support Bio-Rad's commitment to quality and safety by preparing raw materials in order to analyze them for use. The majority materials will be tested on the BioPlex instrument and support the production of reagent kits for BioPlex. You will maintain your lab space, prepare small scale solutions, manage inventory of materials for use, and maintain some equipment for this role. How You'll Make An Impact: Learn quickly. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a life science (Chemistry, Biology) or related field. Advanced degree preferred. 2+ years in a general laboratory environment performing analyses in the areas of chemistry, biochemistry, or associated areas of life sciences, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Ability to troubleshoot, perform data analysis, and solving complex problems.Requires a working knowledge of Microbiology and Environmental Monitoring techniques. Experience with ERP systems a plus, SAP preferred. Solid attention to detail and problem solving skills. Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,200.00 to $96,600.00 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
