The Role

The Project Coordinator will run, administer and organize all aspects of a custom project. It is the responsibility of this position to pro-actively oversee and communicate all aspects of a custom project including but not limited to, project updates, sales contracts, purchase orders, and shipping requirements. We have a “Customer First” approach to all we do, and as such, constant communication with customers and vendors to ensure projects stay within the allotted timelines specified is required.

Essential Functions:

  • Make certain that customers’ needs are met as the project evolves and keep every aspect of the project moving forward to meet the timeline.

  • Assist in communication with vendors during various stages of production to ensure that projects deliver according to schedule and per specification.

  • Communicate with TB Flex sales team, TB Flex art team and, TB Flex custom team to ensure that all team members are familiar with status of the custom projects.

  • Coordinate releases of product from TB Flex warehouses. Update and maintain project documentation and reporting daily on all projects.

Specific knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Strong oral, written, and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.

  • Knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, with focus on Excel and Outlook.

  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Focused, detail orientated, self-motivated, result driven and analytical.

  • Bachelor’s degree and one to three years of experience in customer service/account management OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
