BIO RAD LABORATORIES - 390 Production Operator II in Woodinville, Washington

Perform final kits assembly of Bio-Rad packaged products in team-based manufacturing processes which may require hand assembly or use of semi-automated high-speed machinery. Perform delivery of completed finished Goods to Warehousing using carts or pallet trucks when applicable. Perform in-process and final quality inspection of components/products. Follow procedures and work instructions to execute production tasks. Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner following Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Complete inventory and quality transactions in SAP Inventory System. This position is for a first-shift operator (Hours: 6:30 am to 3:00 pm).ResponsibilitiesPerform packaging operations under supervision.Directed on which packaging processes and procedures to follow.Active contributor in work area.Error-free bottle packaging and labeling operations.May operate basic machinery under supervision.Supervised inspection of components and final products.Assist organizing paperwork for PO/Batch records.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Basic understanding/familarity with large scale manufacturing equipment preferred.Related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.Good attitude and eagerness to work in a team environment.Willingness to learn and make an impact with Bio-Rad.Demonstrate analytical skill and ability to calculate quantities.Ability to work in an assembly line environment for up to 2 hours at a time before rotating to a new location.Bending, standing for periods of time and able to lift up to 50 lbs.Must demonstrate an attention to detail, is cooperative and a sound team player.Shows an ability to follow and quickly learn and comply with GMP regulations and SOPs.Proficiency with computer systems.Vaccination Requirement:Ability and consent to upload proof of completed Covid-19 vaccination into our secure database within 3 days of start date.About Bio-Rad:Bio-Rad is a global leaderprovidinga broad array of clinicaldiagnostics andlifescienceresearchproducts.
