BIO RAD LABORATORIES - 390 Production Manager II in Woodinville, Washington

Bio-Rad is seeking a competent Production Manager to lead the bulk manufacturing teams for Woodinville IVD product lines, core duties include: Production operations, talent development, material review board and participation in Daily management and CAPA. This position requires strong GMP knowledge, and application of risk-based processes. How You'll Make An Impact: Manage, lead, and develop team of production supervisors and teams. Develop production and operating reports and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and delays. Improve product cost structure by improving on utilization and efficiency of direct labor. Coordinate with production planning to optimize resources and meet scheduled manufacturing events, budget and capacity planning. Support material and quality review boards to process nonconformances, complaints and trends to identify and recommend corrective and / or preventive actions. What You Bring: Education: Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field Work Experience: 8+ years manufacturing production supervisory experience, preferably in a regulated environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of the device/drug/biotech manufacturing process. Thorough understanding of ISO 13485, FDA regulations, GMP and GLP requirements required. Basic working knowledge of laboratory environments, materials, and apparatus. Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $122,900 to $169,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
