BIO RAD LABORATORIES - 390 Manufacturing Scientist III in Woodinville, Washington

The Global Supply Chain team is responsible for promptly and accurately getting Bio-Rad products into the hands of our customers. We maintain product integrity from end to end and respond expeditiously from the moment an order is received. As a result, customers around the globe receive the test kits, instruments, and consumable solutions they need - on time and in full to ultimately provide better healthcare and outcomes for their patients. In this role you will: Attend Daily Management meetings. Follow up with any short-term tasks necessary to support production. Work independently or with others on any current investigations or validations, this might include lab work and/or data analysis. Attend Material Review Board meetings which address Quality Management issues for the site. Continuing work on independent or collaborative projects, protocol or report writing. Advise junior scientists on investigations as needed. How You'll Make An Impact: Maintain continuous supply of Quality product to customers. Prevent Backorder. Improve efficiency in production by implementing process improvement projects related to complex technical challenges. Uphold the Quality Management System. Project Management: Coordinate tasks required from multiple functional groups in order to move initiatives forward. What You Bring: Bachelor's Degree in Scientific field, in biologic and/or chemistry disciplines with minimum of 10+ years' industry experience in related industry. Master's Degree and/or Doctorate Degree in scientific field highly desirable. Work Experience in Regulated Production Environment and Biotech Experience is also highly desirable. Ability to translate and articulate technical information to all organization levels. Extensive knowledge of scientific principles, statistical techniques, theories, and concepts. Advanced problem solving in organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Strong leadership and Mentorship skills in a technical area to influence process improvement and change. Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $122,900 to $169,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
