BIO RAD LABORATORIES - 390 Manufacturing Engineering Manager I in Woodinville, Washington

Bio-Rad is seeking a strong leader to manages process and product engineering functions for our Woodinville, WA manufacturing plant. How You'll Make An Impact: Develops manufacturing engineering strategy. Manages site Capital Expenditure budget. Assigns appropriate resources to NPI, Division priority projects, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. Implements new technologies. Develops and applies advanced engineering solutions to complex problems. What You Bring: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Master's Degree / MBA desirable. Work Experience: 5+ years lead/ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Project and/or program management experience preferred. Advanced knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma experience, preferred. Full working knowledge of: lean manufacturing, new product transfer, equipment design, process analysis, equipment maintenance, calibration systems, ERP, validation processes, FDA requirements specific to the area of work. Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $122,900 to $169,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
