In this role, you will develop and/or curate enterprise learning solutions to build leadership capabilities and new functional/technical capabilities.Responsibilities:Leads all aspects of the Learning Center of Expertise (COE), directing work of a team that studies and defines the organization's learning needs as it relates to business goals, create and/or curate programs and processes designed to improve employee engagement, culture, corporate-driven (required) topics, managerial leadership skills, change management and close functional and technical skills and knowledge gaps.Directs the overall work of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions across the global organization to meet defined needs; with an emphasis on agile development and delivery of internally owned learning solutionsOversees learning interventions and coordinates effective utilization and sharing of learning resources across the company. Leads a virtual learning network/team of representatives across the organization. Fosters the sharing of knowledge, needs, resources, and solutions from local departments, sites, and regions.Leads processes to define and assess training needs, measuring continuous improvement in effectiveness and efficiency. Establishes processes to understand and meet local (department, site, and function), regional (group) and common corporate (enterprise) needs.Manages the delivery and continuous improvement of the ACCO Brands signature leadership development programs - Leadership Basecamp and Leadership Academy.Oversees Learning Management System to provide training to employees, and effectively tracks and reports to the organization.Manages vendors for learning solutions; identifies opportunities for leveraging Learning vendors more broadly for common solutions.Manages the corporate Learning budget.Shares with stakeholders the holistic view of leadership and learning needs of the organization and shares current and future solutions for meeting those needs.Creates, maintains, and reports results against a three-year strategic plan for Learning.Designs and facilitates learning to meet business needs.Serves as a thought partner with Executive Leadership/VP of Talent Management on strategic Learning needs and topics across the organization and in specific areas.Serves as a thought partner with Executive Leadership/VP of Talent Management on strategic response to Learning needs identified in Employee Engagement Survey (broadly and on a regional/functional level).Other duties as assigned.Experience and Education:Leads and directs the work of other employees through direct and indirect reporting relationshipsResponsible for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and terminationAdept at presenting complex strategic ideas and concepts in a user-friendly manner that connects to the ACCO Brands cultureContributes to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department, and for talent development activities across the organizationRecommends policies, practices and procedures that have a significant and measurable impact on the development of talent for the organization
