Are you committed to delivering outstanding customer service? PPG Aerospace in Woodinville, WA is seeking a Driving and Stocking Coordinator to work as one of our CMS Chemical Management Coordinators! You'll play an important part in our customer interactions, engaging with clients and members of the Application Support Center (ASC). Your responsibilities will include delivering products to clients and ensuring exceptional customer support. Reporting directly to the CMS Chemical Manager, this position offers a chance to cultivate strong professional relationships and contribute significantly to the success of our business. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inventory and generate custom reports to re-stock customers
• Determine quantity and order date for materials needed to meet the master production schedule
• Use a pallet jack and forklift to load, unload, and re-stock
• Drive a company F-150 or box truck to deliver and resupply product to the customer
• Re-stock and supply products including chemicals, coatings, solvents, consumables, and more
• Responsible for supply chain reporting for assigned areas
• Manage inventory levels internally and for the customer
• Mitigate scrap and obsolescence through planning
• Meet customer requirements by setting appropriate safety stock levels
• Participate in monthly demand meetings and connect with other team members for planning purposes
• Demonstrate a positive attitude consistently and be adaptable to additional assigned duties

Qualifications

• One (1) year of prior experience in procurement, supply chain-related roles, inventory management, stocking, customer service, delivery, or related roles is required
• Valid driver's license and the ability to be covered by PPG's auto insurance provider required
• High school diploma or equivalent GED required
• Class C or above CDL with hazmat endorsement preferred, or ability to obtain within one year from date of hire required
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident

Salary Range: $24.00 to $26.00 an hour depending on experience #LI-Onsite PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
