Job Purpose: Seafood Processing of fish, shrimp and crab that includes loading, and unloading fish, processing; operating equipment. This is for Day and Night Shift. Day shift starts at 7am and ends at 6pm. Night Shift starts at 7pm and ends at 6am. Starts at $16.28 an hour. Duties: * Seafood processing of fish, crab and shrimp. Packing in ice and cutting fillets, processing seafood and packing in boxes and bags. We will be processing weekends and weekdays. During days and nights and will sometimes end up working a 6 day week if possible with Overtime. * Produces product by transferring fish; sowing spat; providing feed.. * Unloads fish by operating equipment; hand-picking unmarketable and illegal items. * Packs fish by loading fish and ice into containers. * Completes reports by entering required information. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Follows Current good manufacturing policies and FDA guidelines for food processing. Skills/Qualifications: Basic Safety, Lifting, Teamwork, Job Knowledge, Quality Focus, Productivity, Equipment Maintenance, Attention to Detail, Handles Pressure, Verbal Communication, Judgment. Experience not needed. We will train you.
