Responsibilities: Provides quality Mental Health services to consumers with a mental health disorder Completes progress notes and other required documentation in the electronic consumer files within the required timeframe. Provides services to or on behalf of the person served Services may be provided in the community or in one of the program locations they may include Crisis Intervention, assisting with applying for benefits, activities of daily living, psychosocial support, service coordination, linkage, transportation, accessing community resources and/or housing/housing retention. Establishes and maintains working relationships with community resources, coordinates consumer treatment with other providers, and initiates referrals to medical providers and other community resources when appropriate. Performs other duties as assigned Job Requirements: The following requirements are those that are normally required for performance of this position. Non-Physical Requirements: Education Bachelors degree in Behavioral Sciences or Social Work, preferred Associated degree in Behavioral Sciences or Social Work, required Experience 2 years experience in direct Clinical treatment services, preferred 1 year experience in treatment with disturbed adults, children and their families Special Skills Strong family and individual Clinical Case Management skills Possess and utilize effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to be self-motivated, work independently and as a team member Good understanding of Catholic Charities Policies and Procedures Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Licensure, Registration, Certification Valid Washington State drivers license and minimum required liability insurance for WA State Must be deemed insurable as determined by Catholic Charities' insurance provider Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration or Certification Employment is conditional upon: Being cleared by criminal background check and fingerprinting when required Excited about this role, but don't meet 100% of the expected qualifications listed above?
