Industrial Staffing Services Inc. Aerial Foreman in West Wenatchee, Washington
Aerial Foreman Wenatchee, WA Fieldlink is working with a national integrator that provides network design and implementation services. They are currently seeking a Foreman that will manage the project's progress and oversee the quality and safety of their crew members. This is a fulltime role with 50% travel throughout the North West. Job Duties: Accountable for the safety, quality, schedule, and cost of assigned projects. Responsible for assuring the availability of resources with proper expertise and tools to support assigned project execution. Must have the ability to read and understand customer-provided prints and determine required tasks. Serves as the main point of contact between Project Manager and crew members. Responsible for managing 3-5 crew members on a day-to-day basis. Reports project status and performance data as required to management. Inspect completed work to ensure that all tasks pertaining to construction were performed to company/customer standards. Prepare closeout documentation for each phase of the job as completed. Efficiently plan and schedule all work activities. Utilize all crew members and equipment assigned to you. Responsible for meeting scheduled completion dates. Hold daily meetings before beginning work. Take pictures of all phases of the job completed. Maintain company-issued equipment including but not limited to Vehicle, trailer, and test equipment. Experience and Education: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry with related experience in construction and fiber installation. Competencies/ Skills: Ability to pass a drug screening. Must possess a valid CDL Class A driver's license. Must be willing to travel. Strong written and oral communication is required. Must have Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as well as having a strong work ethic. 50% travel required .
