The Center for Alcohol and Drug Treatment Residential Associate - Inpatient Department in Wenatchee, Washington
The Center for Alcohol and Drug Treatment is now hiring various Residential Associate positions including GRAVEYARDÂ weekends. Full Time and Part Time position available. The people we are looking for possess compassion, concern, appropriate boundaries and the desire to help people who are trying to better themselves during a very difficult time in their lives. Primary responsibility is the supervision and safety of residential patients. This position involves:
- Direct patient care
- Supporting and modeling healthy behaviors such as assertive communication, positive coping skills, and conflict resolution.
- Transport patients to and from the facility.
- Monitor patients to ensure the rules and regulations are followed.
- Must have legible writing skills and document accurately about patient behaviors.
- Medication management.

Background check, UA, Driver's License and satisfactory driving record are required. CPR/First Aid are required but can be obtained within 30 days of hire.
