Description

Robert Half is looking for a Tier2-3 Help Desk Analyst to support a growing company in Wenatchee Washington. The ideal Service Desk Analyst can communicate between 2nd and 3rd level teams to help transition new and changing services and understands incident, problem, change management, and other processes.

If chosen, you'll be handling complex end-user support issues and providing support to team members by focusing on restoring service to the end users. As an Analyst, you may be asked to cover alternative shifts when needed. We are looking for an individual who is self-confident, motivated, has a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, and who enjoys a fast-paced, team-driven environment. This is a full-time REMOTE opportunity. MUST be able to train onsite in Wenatchee for 2 weeks, no exceptions. (Fully paid) Candidate must also reside in Washington. Local candidates only apply!

Major responsibilities

  • Install and configure hardware and software

  • Respond to tickets in accordance with guidelines

  • Record, track, and document the help desk request problem solving process including actions taken through to the final resolution

  • Respond in timely manner to requests and issues

  • Repair and replace equipment as needed

  • Provide onsite and remote support to end users

  • Assist in AV setups as needed for meetings

  • Assist new hire training for basic IT needs.

  • Set up new workstations for users (deploying equipment, checking over account setups).

  • Heavy use of Windows

  • Ability to work in Active Directory

  • Understanding of Cisco Meraki

  • Test new technology

  • Create documentation for staff for training purposes

  • Resolve Tier 2 support tickets

    Requirements

Technical keys/Must Haves:

• Must have MSP experience – experience in a multi-network environment may suffice

• Microsoft Windows Server: 2 years (Preferred)

• Firewall experience - SonicWall, Fortinet

• 3-5 years of experience as a Tier II/III Help desk

• O365 enterprise platform experience

• Comfortable with a very fast paced environment

• Light Network and System support
