Hiring a Class A CDL Driver!

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Class A CDL driver to safely perform and deliver local truck-trailer routes in the Wenatchee area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving delivery vehicles and/or operating truck-trailer combinations to transport and deliver materials to customer sites. The driver must adhere to safety regulations, ensure timely delivery of undamaged goods, and provide professional service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery vehicles and/or operate truck-trailer combinations to transport and deliver materials to customer sites.

• Adhere to driver safety/compliance regulations.

• Deliver undamaged goods on schedule and provide professional service to customers.

• Drive vehicles weighing greater than 26,000 pounds and may tow vehicles or trailers greater than 10,000 pounds.

• Load or assist with loading and appropriately secure product, materials, or supplies inside the delivery vehicle.

• Deliver customer orders to the specified delivery site.

• Maneuver vehicles into loading or unloading positions and ensure that vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned.

• Customer service oriented

• Loading and unloading

• Adherence to DOT regulations

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1 year of delivery experience is preferred

• Good communication and customer interaction skills

• Forklift or other material handling experience is preferred

• Ability to pass MVR report

• Obtain a DOT medical card

• Basic math and measurement skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Wenatchee, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
