Restoring Families.ResponsibilitiesThe Prep/porter is responsible to complete all items on the daily preparation list including vegetables and other food items, keeping the area stocked with basic, critical items throughout the shift, cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining equipment, utensils and tools. Responsible for ensuring the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware. Maintain clean work area while following health and safety guidelines.
