We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced In-Home Care Supervisor to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the South King County community.

About the Position

As an In-Home Care Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our dedicated team of caregivers, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to the clients within your assigned caseload. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating care plans, and fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for both clients and caregivers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of in-home caregivers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client within your caseload.
  • Conduct regular home visits to monitor the quality of care and ensure compliance with company standards and state regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
  • Coordinate schedules and assignments for caregivers assigned to clients within your caseload to ensure consistent and reliable care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to enhance the overall care experience for your clients.
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new caregivers.

Compensation: $68000k-$75000k per year, depending on experience

Position Requirements • Must have driver license and reliable vehicle for transportation.  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Good organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and cooperatively with others. • Ability to maintain confidentiality. • Ability to be flexible and perform work under time pressure. • Ability to collaborate with people of diversity. • Proficient in MS Office Suite, e.g. Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.; and • Bilingual is strongly preferred

Supervisory Responsibilities: Provides direct supervision, training, and coaching of assigned HR coordinators, and assigned caregivers. Escalated matters of significance are referred to In Home Care Manager.

Education and/or Experience: Highschool Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent required. Prior experience in skilled nursing or home care leadership is strongly preferred. Any other
