JOB SUMMARY:

The real estate market is undergoing a significant and exciting change – driven by data and technology. Digital and technology-powered products play a vital role in CBRE’s mission to create unmatched value and measurably superior outcomes for our clients. We are seeking adata-driven product marketer to support CBRE’s product launches and go to market initiatives for existing products & technologies. You’ll be responsible for elevating CBRE’s technology product positioning, value proposition, sales enablement efforts, and go-to-market strategies. This role is strongly cross-functional and the person in this role will work incollaboration with CBRE’s Digital & Technology, Marketing and Sales teams (among others). The person must have a passion for marketing digital and technology powered products that blend seamlessly with customer workflows. S/he must possess expertise to perform market analysis backed by data, great communication skills, and an eye for design and details. The individual in this position will be a senior voice and contribute at a very high-level but must also be comfortable rolling up his/her sleeves to manage the details. As a data-driven & commercially aware marketer, s/he will be expected to monitor and analyze key business metrics, and take appropriate strategic action based upon findings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop product positioning and messaging across CBRE’s data product offerings that resonates with target buyer personas; Deeply understand the role of how technology & data enable client outcomes in order to optimize the value proposition, messaging & go-to-market (GTM) plans.

Be a central source of product knowledge and use that knowledge to develop and deliver a compelling library of sales and marketing materials / assets.

Collaborating with our segment product marketing leads, develop a roadmap for each data product and develop materials to bring each to maturation, so that the knowledge base for each product is complete.

Manage and improve the overall Product Marketing function

Influence sales and marketing processes based on our customer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make.

Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.

Develop and manage an authentic GTM strategy for how we tell the higher level CBRE technology/data story (aimed at industry/press/prospective employees) that incorporates thought leadership for the products externally, including speaking engagements and written works on Social Media, Blog posts, etc.

Support our sales channels and train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users – drive the global roadmap for training for customers and internal teams.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field of work or equivalent work experience.

Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes.

Typically has 7+ years relevant work experience in areas such as product marketing, lead generation models, sales enablement & training, etc.
