Temporary Downtown Ambassador -- Several Positions

(6) Temporary, full-time positions lasting up to six months

Opening Date: January 23, 2024

Salary Range: $16.28/hour

Closing Date: Open Until Filled

[NATURE OF POSITION:]{.underline}

Act as an ambassador to outdoor parks and the central downtown area. Perform a variety of beautification and maintenance work in park areas and downtown Walla Walla. Provide extensive customer service to citizens and visitors. Promote and assist City sponsored programs and events in public areas. Educate and help enforce public safety rules. Perform essential duties and responsibilities in extreme weather and temperature conditions.

 

[REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:]{.underline}

Possess a valid driver's license. 

 

[DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:]{.underline}

Bilingual in Spanish.
