We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Production Coordinator! This role will be based out of our plant facility located in Walla Walla, WA and reports to the Technical Manager

Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Production Coordinator is to assist the Production and Planning departments to ensure the highest levels of customer service are maintained and continually improved while supervising a team in thermoplastic pipe manufacturing.
Principal Accountabilities:
Maintain and synchronize work order statuses in the ERP system
Ensure work orders are balanced between the ERP system upon their completion
Account for the daily production of finished goods and blending activities in ERP
Maintain inventory of various raw material and packaging items
Troubleshoot packaging matters as required
Coordinate the retrieval of finished goods required for assembly production requirements
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of incoming goods
Complete transactions in ERP for all 3rd party production-related services
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
High school degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to efficiently work as part of a team and coordinate work with other departments.
A good understanding of computer Software programs (Maintenance CMMS, INFOFLO, Word, Excel, Power Point, Databases, etc.)
Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
Ability to work a 2-2-3 shift schedule
Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
May require handling of objects that can weigh up to 50 lbs.
Work is performed in a typical interior/office work environment with some amount of work conducted within the facility.
