Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who can maintain waiting lists for rental assistance programs; interview applicants and gather information to determine eligibility/ineligibility and assignment of rental assistance vouchers in accordance with WWHA policies, State and Federal regulations.

What will you do?

  • Maintains waiting lists for rental assistance programs.
  • Provide back-up support functions for the front desk.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge, obtain industry-recognized certification(s) applicable to the position and assigned responsibilities.
  • Maintain up-to-date desk manual.

     

What education, experience, skills and competencies do I need?

  • Requires high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Requires one (1) year experience in related field with a combination of one or more community relations and interviewing skills.
  • Modern office procedures, methods and equipment, including computers and supporting word-processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Ability to interpret, apply, and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Initiative, collaboration and teamwork.
  • Attention to detail.
