Ideoclick Director, Demand Side Platform (DSP) in United States

The Director, Demand Side Platform (DSP) will develop and champion a product strategy, roadmap, and processes to expand Ideoclick’s DSP service in support of client sales goals.

The ideal candidate will drive and support development of the overall DSP strategy through partnership with Client Success, Sales, and Marketing and ensure consistent execution that exceeds client expectations and fuel our business forward.

What you’ll do:

  • DSP Expert & thought leader to drive agency strategy for programmatic and holistic full funnel marketing via Amazon platforms

  • Create a comprehensive annual GTM plan and manage strategy/ capabilities roadmap

  • Manage a high performing DSP team

  • Maintain & build the strategic relationship with Amazon DSP, and other programmatic vendors

  • Support the delivery organization to ensure Client Success Marketers are equipped to effectively deliver Ideoclick’s DSP service that meets client needs/objectives and improve overall execution process

  • Manage and oversee the implementation of all programmatic media campaigns; allocate budget and resources aligned with Ideoclick objectives

  • Develop and innovate best practices for audience targeting and data analytics to create unique insights that lead to creative strategies that deliver powerful business impact for our clients

  • Maintain client relations and conduct periodic client feedback meetings and project reviews

  • Ensure that the Client Success, Marketing, and Sales organizations are briefed and properly trained to market, sell, and deliver DSP services.

    What you’ve done:

  • 8+ years of successful experience in digital marketing

  • 2- 3 years experience executing programmatic campaigns in and using DSP platforms, including but not limited to: The Trade Desk, MediaMath, Amazon, DV360, Bidtellect

  • Strong background in eCommerce, including experience solving common industry challenges across performance marketing, inventory management, retail media placements.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Passion for solving problems & building new solutions, innovative test & learn strategies

  • Experience in managing budgets and related processes

  • Demonstrated ability to be an effective, efficient, and positive team leader

  • Cultural humility in leading a diverse staff and engaging with clients and their stakeholders

  • Travel as required upon return to in-person operations.
