Welder/ Fitter

Paying $25.00 / HR - $32.00 / HR

Location - Vancouver, WA

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural Flux Core welding on building support structures, staircases, and railings.

• Pass the 2G 3/8ths w/ 1/16th wire weld test.

• Fitters seeking higher pay must pass a fit-up/layout test.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in out-of-position welding.

• Experience operating pre-fab equipment such as press brakes, lasers, plasma cutters, and processing equipment.

Work Environment and Shift:

• Fabrication environment that can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter, but not directly exposed to the elements.

• Day shift: Monday - Thursday, 4 10-hour days with optional overtime on Fridays.
