PeaceHealth University/Diversity Recruiter in Vancouver, Washington
PeaceHealth is seeking a University/Diversity Recruiter for a Full Time, Day position.
Establish and execute a comprehensive University/Diversity Recruiting & Programs strategy including, but not limited to, SSC Administrative Internship, RN Residencies, MHA Fellowship Programs. Ability to root-cause issues, match recruitment tactics to business strategies, and deliver programs that get results. Establish a data-informed strategy for diversifying the talent pipeline from the appropriate colleges and universities across the nation.
Own implementation of key deliverables for achieving strategic goals.
Effectively communicate to activate, educate, and align internal/external partners.
Partner with peers on DE&I Team, Clinical Education, Talent Acquisition peers, and the Education Committee to build a multi-year strategic plan for driving measurable impact across PeaceHealth’s Workforce and Workplace.
Operates as a subject matter expert on efforts and activities to support inclusion and reaching maximum diversity.
Strengthen existing relationships and build new relationships to formally establish PeaceHealth’s presence and engagement with early-in-career talent.
Identify and manage external partnerships with diversity-related organizations.
Use existing and new relationships with external organizations to source, vet, and confirm ideal partnerships that help to diversify PeaceHealth’s candidate pools.
Develop content and lead the roll-out of alumni ambassador education, on-campus campaigns, social media plans, etc. to bolster campus recruiting efforts.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams to further develop our employee value proposition.
Establish communications vehicles and cadences to ensure that employees are aware of the D&I Team’s efforts and progress against initiatives.
Solid verbal and written communication skills with experience in facilitation.
Collaborate to develop, maintain, and produce annual reporting processes, dashboards, metrics, and analytics to assess the efficacy of recruitment and program efforts.
Provide input into annual budgeting and strategy planning processes, including enterprise-wide workforce planning, location, and cost analysis.

Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience participating in a University/Academic recruiting, Talent Acquisition, DE&I, HR field and related experience.
Experience with creating more diverse candidate pools preferred.
