Description

We are providing an opportunity for a Treasury Accountant in Vancouver, Washington. This role is vital to the success of the company! In this role, you will be responsible for managing various treasury accounts and transactions. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity with a hybrid schedule!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Handle processing treasury settlements for FX and related instruments

• Monitor and manage FX transactions risk and exposures

• Carry out additional treasury accounting responsibilities as necessary

• Use CapEx and other tools effectively to manage accounting functions

• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient management of resources

• Use CRM and Crystal Reports to manage customer relationships and data reporting

• Adhere to budget processes and maintain cash activity records

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the industry

• Use the 'About Time' management system for effective time management.

Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Treasury Analyst role or similar financial position

• Proficiency in CapEx, CRM, Crystal Reports, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Familiarity with the Management System and About Time software

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Functions and Budget Processes

• Experience in handling Cash Activity

• Understanding of Compliance processes in the financial sector

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
