Temporary Accounts Receivable Administrative AssistantDESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:OnTrac is hiring for an Temporary Accounts Receivable Administrative Assistant! This position is expected to last up to six months. Main job responsibilities include:Data EntryCustomer BillingPrint/Mail/e-mail Customer InvoicesA/R CollectionsOn a weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly basis print and mail invoices. (via USPS, e-mail, and/or website upload)Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Outlook.This position requires managing multiple Outlook mailboxes related to Customer Collections.Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally as this position will directly interface with Customers by telephone and e-mail.Ability to self-manage and prioritize work to meet competing deadlines.Work Environment:While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Minimum Requirements:Must possess a minimum of five years of AR experience; or related schooling or training; or the equivalent combination of both.
