We’re looking for an Telecommunications Underground Construction Manager to join our team and help connect America. The Underground Construction Manager will work out of our office in Vancouver, Washington and provides direct, day-to-day supervision and coordination for multiple crews to complete work according to customer and company requirements.

Pay: $80K - 95K annually

What you’ll do:

  • You will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and directing in-house crews and subcontractors to complete work in accordance to contract specifications

  • You will supervise day to day activities/project teams and project progress, establish administrative guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables

  • You will review project documents including electronic dailies, timecards, billing, etc to ensure accuracy

  • You will identify and course correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve

  • You will understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues

  • You will supervise staff to ensure the organization's activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.

Qualifications

Who we are looking for:

  • You will have 2 or more years of progressive leadership experience

  • You will have a High School Diploma or equivalent

  • You may have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related industry, or advanced training in the field

  • You will have working knowledge of Lumen OSP facilities

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs

  • You will have a valid drivers license to operate a company-owned vehicle

  • You may have 1 or more years of personnel and functional leadership experience and/or project management experience
