Humana Talent Acquisition Representative 3 in Vancouver, Washington


The Talent Acquisition Representative 3 assists with executive and professional interview scheduling, booking travel, and ensuring an overall positive candidate experience. This position also performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment.


The Talent Acquisition Representative 3 will provide support to the recruiting team to ensure an exceptional experience for the candidates & executive hiring managers. This job will serve as an ambassador for the recruiting team to both internal and external stakeholders and promote customer service excellence. This job is highly versatile and visible, requiring an exceptionally high sense of urgency, ownership, professionalism and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison for candidate scheduling between the recruiters, hiring leaders, and candidate to ensure a smooth search process

  • Provide full support to recruiting team including: interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and staffing activities to deliver a superior experience to both internal and external candidates

  • Drive consistent administrative support processes to ensure a positive experience for both the candidate and hiring team

  • Manage communication with leadership, hiring managers, candidates, and recruiting team

  • Act as a primary point for candidate’s interviewing onsite at the Humana Corporate Tower creating a positive candidate seamless interview experience

  • Monitors interview schedule to ensure the interview process flows smoothly

  • Manages the candidate expense mailbox and process of reimbursement

  • Responds promptly to candidate and internal needs

  • Participate in special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma

  • 1+ years of administrative/coordination experience

  • Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

  • Values strong communication

  • Highly organized

  • Strong sense of urgency

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and highly visible working environment

  • Positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree

  • Previous experience coordinating calendars at an executive level
